An Example of A Poorly and Improperly Assembled Playset

This is an example of why it is important to check the reviews or references of any assembler or installer that you would hire to assemble and install your playset or swing set.

The picture on the top left is what the playset is supposed to look like after proper assembly.

NOTE: You can make the images larger by clicking on them.

Compare that to this image. Its like they didn’t look at the assembly instructions. Things are not where they are supposed to be.

If you look closer you’ll see the sagging alcove roof that was improperly installed as well and is missing the supports. Notice the crooked roof as well as the improperly installed roof boards. This installer was inexperienced and did not have any reviews or references. In addition that did not have any liability insurance.

The gable end boards were installed on the outside instead of the inside where they belong.

Also, notice the roof boards that were installed improperly as well.

In this image notice the holes left by something that was improperly installed and the corrected and moved leaving unsightly holes.

We often get called to fix these.  This playset typically takes one day to assemble. However, this one took us two days due to extensive disassembly, then reassembling correctly.

In this image, you can see where the swing beam bracket was improperly installed.

Please check the reviews or get references before you hire someone to assemble the playset that your children are going to play on. Please remember to make sure that they carry liability insurance.

Not only do we have a long list of references and reviews, but all of our experienced installers carry liability insurance. So as you can see, the lowest price may not be the best deal.
