Amazon & Go Configure Cancelling Playset Assemblies

May 15, 2017We are hearing a lot of negative things about a “National Assembly Company” called Go Configure. I had mentioned them in a previous post regarding their canceling assemblies on customers just before the assembly date. I had posted several links to bad reviews and complaints in the post.
5/8/17 – I just got another bad review for Go Configure from Kourtney Johnson of Brockton, MA. She said the customer service was so bad that she told them that she’d assemble the playset herself rather than use Go Configure. We are assembling her playset on 5/20/17, which is the date she requested.
The Better Business Bureau has had 37 complaints and 11 negative out of 14 reviews when I checked today (5/8/17). See the negative reviews HERE.
