We Assembled and Installed this Backyard Discovery Skyfort II in Groton, CT.

“In an anonymous space like third-party playset construction, I was thrilled to have stumbled upon NEPA.
We had a terrible experience with Backyard Discovery’s third-party installer GoConfigure and were forced to cancel after never hearing back on a start date from the contractor, and subsequently chasing our money for two weeks.
A Google search provided me with NEPA and after spending hours (literally hours) on hold with Backyard Discovery and GoConfigure, Stan the owner himself answered the phone. The pricing was not the cheapest out there but in the category of competitive. Certainly worth it.
The preparation instructions sent put is into preparation mode and ensured there were no surprises on install day. Even with our landscaper’s subpar preparation, Stan’s installers (a delightful husband-wife duo) did an absolute standup job.
Thank God I didn’t try it myself. What would have taken me 3 days with a friend took the installers less than a day. They showed up early and worked hard. They were courteous and professional. The kids love the playset and we the parents couldn’t be happier.”
